The IFLA Coaching Initiative is a collaboration between the IFLA CPDWL and Management & Marketing Sections. You can find information about the Coaching Initiative on the CPDWL Projects webpage.

The IFLA Coach Training Series introduces you to the coaching mindset and process, to help you develop your coaching skills. The recordings are delivered in English, while the presentations slides and handouts have been made available in the official IFLA languages. The materials have been created by Vera Keown, associate university librarian at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada.
