The MetLib conference is the annual gathering of metropolitan libraries, held by the IFLA Section on Metropolitan Libraries (formerly INTAMEL)
The co-hosts are Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ) and the City of Montréal.
Participate in the programme!
The programme will delve deeper into the different aspects of partnerships. The organizing committee has just launched a call for proposals and invites you to contribute to the programme.
Those wishing to submit a proposal must fill in the form on the page and send it back to email@example.com no later than January 20, 2017. Those who have submitted proposals will receive a reply no later than February 3, 2017. Please do not hesitate to contribute!
2017 is a year to celebrate!
There are many good reasons to participate in the next MetLib conference and next year even more will be added to the list. 2017 marks Montréal’s 375th anniversary. It also marks the 50th anniversary of the foundation of INTAMEL, the International Association of Metropolitan Libraries, which later became the IFLA Section on Metropolitan Libraries.
