Metropolitan Libraries programmes at the IFLA Congress in Columbus. Thank you!

At the World Library and Information Congress in Columbus the Section on Academic and Research Libraries, the Section on School Libraries and the Section on Metropolitan Libraries joined together to deliver the programme Academic, metropolitan and school libraries: cooperation and sharing (Session 080).

The Section on Metropolitan Libraries organized the programme Regenerating the public library? Rebranding, retail and Dewey‐less versus traditional models (Session 213).

186 people attended the first programme and 211 people attended the second one. Thanks to all and thanks to the brilliant speakers. Almost all the papers are now uploaded and we will inform you when the presentations will be available.
