As a partner NGO of UNESCO, we will attend the meeting of civil society observers with the members of the Bureau of the Committee on 11 February to advocate for the role of libraries in the preservation and discoverability of, and access to, diverse cultural expressions.
IFLA’s attendance at this event will help us take steps towards our goals of deepening our partnership with UNESCO, while advocating for the role of libraries as hubs for cultural expression and heritage.
